Those spots look like mold, common in shower environments. Any standard product marketed as a mold remover (“Schimmel-frei”, “Schimmel Entferner”) or something of the like will do it if so. If a lot, or very large spots, consider getting the stronger stuff made for industrial use, available at your local hardware store (Obi, Bauhaus and the like)
