      The numbers before 2022 were kind of made up, based on the demographic statistics and how many we are expected to be. Then they did a real research readjusted them to reality.

      The official count was delayed due to political reasons before a big vote for parliament. A lot of dead people were still on the list for some reason. After the vote the results came in and a lot of dead people were removed

      Low birth rate, lack of stable government in the last 4 years, terrible employers, low wages, low voting rates which make the purchased votes take more % on elections, low trust society, low trust in institutions and government regulatory bodies, corruption, nepotism simulator. I think that’s all.

      Speculative opinion: a lot of elderly people passed away from non-Covid related conditions. The Covid hysteria prevented them from visiting hospitals for whatever reason. Poor health is typical for a great majority of the old people in this country. A small change in their everyday routine might have fatal effects.

      The following blip upwards can be explained by the increased number of Gastarbeiters returning from all over Europe after the economic uncertainty.
