Ciao.
Durante il fine settimana ho avuto un incidente d’auto in Polonia.
Vivo in Germania.
Grazie in anticipo.

You need to convert the account number (4710….) into IBAN format which should be trivial with some googling.
Then you can find out the SWIFT/BIC code of the bank. I don’t think you need anything else.

To pay a fine from a foreign account, you will need the following SWIFT code and IBAN number:
* **SWIFT code**: NBPLPLPW
* **IBAN number**: PL47 1010 0055 0201 6090 0999 0000
Additionally, make sure to include your personal details as well as the fine reference number and series in the payment description.
Fine reference and series number are (“Seria Dg Numer 0814708”).

here you have the bank name too, google-translate the page

IBAN for this account number is PL 47 1010 0055 0201 6090 0999 0000.
Please don’t brake law any more in Poland. It’s decent place, not like Germany.
I never thought about it, but is it also standard in other countries that you get a fine without instructions on how to pay it? A Pole can do it from a designated tab on any bank account, but as a foreigner I’d probably wonder too
Only 2k for crashing into barriers? They let you off easily.
I hope you are fine though, regardless your totalled Skoda. This must have been pretty crazy to get a road accident on what appears to be one of the shortest voivedeship roads of Poland with only a couple of kilometres connecting Czechia and Germany and no major town in between.
Saxony is the state of mind. Greetings from Chemnitz.
You can go to any Poczta (post office) and pay with cash
