    1. “There’s a new sign of distress from the Russian state — Vladimir Putin is cutting financial payments for personnel wounded in the war of aggression in Ukraine.” Kseniya “Kassie” Kirillova discusses recent reductions in financial compensation for Russian servicemen wounded in the Ukraine conflict, highlighting a shift from a flat payment of 3 million rubles to variable amounts based on injury severity.
