It could be all 3 of them.
But normaly, this size is used for Motorcicles.
This looks like a motorbike plate to me. Generally, they look very similar to truck and car plates. However, since they are less wide, the number plate is divided into two parts, an upper part (here: B) and a lower part (here: AY 456).
Cars and trucks would have the same letters but in one line instead.

Could be all of them or trailer but most likely motorcycle or trailer
