Saw this ranking of Swiss Media outlets from https://medienqualitaet-schweiz.ch/medienqualitaetsrating-mqr-24/ and I was wondering how you feel about these rankings and which of these do you like/subscribe/dislike etc?
Republik, Tagesanzeiger and SRF.
What the hell is „Heidi News“? I am Swiss, born and raised, lived here almost 40 years, and have never heard of this.
I don’t read newspapers because all good ones are paid.
Pretty happy with RTS and [swissinfo.ch](http://swissinfo.ch) though.
Big time NZZ, you can disagree with their opinion pieces, but their articles generally provide a fair amount of details and also are able to situate the relevance of news quite well. Otherwise I read a mix of the others.
I read WOZ sometimes, but I wouldn’t call them top for a Sunday news/magazine…
Uff at the “Le Nouvelliste”. People believe they are reading an okish to good newspaper when according to this it’s as bad as “20 Minutes” quality wise.
I’m very happy with RTS. I feel like their website gives good info and news and remains opinion-free. Same for the nightly news which is much better than the Swiss German one in my view
Wen interessieren schon Qualitätsmedien in marxistischen Systemen?
“Unsere” Qualitätsmedien werden durch direkte und indirekte Subventionen wie Postzustellungsrabatte und projektbezogene Fördergelder bezuschusst.
Früher waren wir geschockt, dass unter Ceausescu die Temperaturen gefaked wurden in rumänischen Wetterbulletins.
Wer hat heute überhaupt die Übersicht, was alles Journalismus bzw. was big brother ist.
Léman Bleu, they have good content relative to Geneva and also political debates
NZZ if you want depth, Blick if you want entertainment or the quick headlines.
SRF in general as well as WOZ and Republik. Why? Quality investigative journalism and not or very little cooporate bootlicking.
