Vudi Xhymshiti is not a credible source. This does not mean that there aren’t shitty/unreliable media and news outlet in Kosovo but what he posted there isn’t confirmed anywhere.
As I said in that post, US updates the blacklist for Balkan once a year and it happened last week so until this time next year nobody will be added in that list
