      I think the Latin phrase is supposed to mean “if I am moving forward, follow me. If I retreat back, strike me down (???). If I perish, avenge me”

      Not 100% sure about the “strike me down” part, I am not sure if it says “occide me” or not.

      Doberman were the dog of choice during WWI & WWII.
      They are banned in certain parts of Switzerland, so why there’s a Geneva crest is a bit confusing. This patch may be from a security company, military branch, or dog training company. Possibly related to War Dogs.
