Ukrainians and Poles also have very similar, so my guess it is proto-slav more than only Belarusian.

Looks strikingly similar to Belarusian ornament but it still doesn’t mean it couldn’t just be polish, which would be more logical imo

I would like to remind our brothers from Belarus about the Lithuania symbol of white rider… The called Vytis and the battle of Grunewald, that somehow are Belarusian now. Lithuania-Polish common wealth was fighting the Teutonic order. So similar motives on the dress is not 100 %, Belarusian.
      Жыве Беларусь without the cockroach.

    4. It’s just unspecified slavic-inspired fantasy design, I don’t see anything particularly Belarusian except for the ornament which resembles the one on the BSSR flag.

As a Ukrainian, I would not understand the reference to Belarus.

Is because of this specific geometric shape?

    6. Looks Polish for me, quite the same orgament is used in Easter Poland, which is historically not very different from Belarusian regions.

Not related to the topic, but the white stripe with red in the middle is the resistance in Belarus or what? I’m just curious.

As a Pole, I’m proud of CD Projekt RED, that they put representation of one of our closest Slavic friends. Finally Belarus and Belarusian culture can be visible for wider world.

Witcher game is highly inspired by slavic/polish culture. Don’t forget that before Lenin and Lukashenka we were brothers under one King. You’ve earned honorous place 😎
