I think most of the countries’ militaries would be inexperienced in fighting that is happening in Ukraine, let alone NK troops that barely have ammunition to train shooting or to train military things and not be forced labour.

I highly doubt most of NK troops’ military training has been any kind of useful even from general military perspective.

Hit them before they have the time to learn.
