Qualcuno può spiegarmi come funzionano le bollette elettriche tedesche? Sto pagando puntualmente i miei ~63€ mensili ma oggi ho ricevuto questa lettera da EVO che mi chiede di pagargli altri 304€ ma non capisco a cosa servano esattamente. Apprezzo l’aiuto ragazzi.

Every month u pay a deductable (Abschlag). This is based on the estimatedenergy usage.
After 12 Month u submit ur actual usage. Then your provider starts calculation how much u already payed, and how much u used.
Either you get some money back because you used less the estimate OR, as in your case, you have to pay some more, because you used more than estimated.
Your monthly prepayments are based on an estimate of your consumption. Once a year, the real consumption will be measured and it is calculated if you over- or underpaid. In this case, you underpaid and need to pay the difference
