Un mio vicino anziano in Nuova Zelanda ha sempre sognato di andare in pensione a Cipro e sta comprando un appartamento qui:

Da quello che mi ha detto l’appartamento sembra quasi troppo bello per essere vero, ed è il tipo di cui ci si potrebbe facilmente approfittare…
Allora, gente del posto, questo sviluppo è legittimo? Dovrei preoccuparmi?

It probably is legit but who knows when it will actually be finished and ready to move in… if your friend is considering buying property here, I recommend that he should come stay here for a couple weeks and look around in person, even go to the office of this development
