Both have protection orders on each other. Hubby is obviously not moving out as he wants house sold. Wife is turning off the bathroom light when he is in the shower, she wants him to move out. Both are sleeping with one eye open.
Poor kids it’s going to be an awful Xmas in that house for them.
Surely this should’ve been handed off to an agency that can work between these two ? or do we all have to pay for the lawyers

They say you don’t really know someone until you break up with them. Pure bitterness. Both these people will happily destroy themselves as long as they destroy their ex in the process.
I can’t help thinking that an electric shower would solve this issues (and by this issue I mean the argument over the immersion obviously these two are waaaaay past any type of amicable reconciliation)

The two of them are dicks of the highest order doing this to their children. I’m a primary teacher and I’ve seen first hand the detrimental effect this kind of shite has on kids. It is devastating for them and I do not use that word lightly. Pair of wankers. Poor kids.

FFS – Such a waste of time and resources! And I’m guessing, one of them will be looking for legal aid m over this shite. (possibly not entitled to it for a civil case). Either way, the lads with the wigs are the winners.
I know they’ve kids but jesus you’d love if just once these two fucking idiots could be named and shamed. They’re exploiting the privacy of the courts knowing it won’t be made public. Family courts are busy enough without this shite.
