Probably a bit of fun between co-workers and not something you can buy
I do not know about trains, but trams is quite common is many cities that you can rent one for a few hours for a private event.
You can rent trains, it is pretty common for Sportfans to travel in big groups to away Games once or twice a year. It’s called Sonderzug or Special-Train for the lack of a better translation.
But i never seen anything like that on the Infoboard. It’s probably a joke of some DB coworkers.
