Didn’t expect to see Kilkenny city on the naughty list or Waterford top of the nice list!

Rochestown on the naughty list! Surprising but also not surprising. Notions off them.

I recently took a taxi into the city from where I live, in what would be considered a ‘naughty’ area of Dublin. The driver commented on how other taxis sometimes wouldn’t pick up from this area because of the reputation and would often cancel fares as they came in on Freenow (I’ve seen this happen in real time). He preferred fares from this area as he used to live nearby and would always get decent tips and never had any trouble. Proceeded to tell me about nightmare fares from the ‘nicer’ parts of Dublin and how he actually cancels fares from those areas sometimes as the punters can be such arseholes, on top of being stingy as fuck. One posh couple he picked up from Dalkey ended up with a fare of something like €31.68 and paid it right to the cent with coins. Anyway, he was sound and I gave him a big tip because I’m poor, thanks Muhammad 😂.

Castletroy is #2 but that’s where the University is in Limerick. My personal experience of it as a student was people throwing up in taxis and running off without paying, I suppose that’s not possible anymore with Uber.
