That technique only works in urban environments. Out on the battlefield, you need an APC or something else that has armour.
Please stop laughing at Russian tactics. They will keep trying things until they succeed.

I can understand electric bikes, somewhat. Not for assault, but for behind-the-lines logistics, they are silent, speedy, hence you can’t target them with arty, and if the troops are paced out, then you can’t take out more than one of them with one FPV drone…
But scooters with small wheels on rough terrain???
