Santa Claus: The Movie (1985) wacky film with Dudley Moore and John Lithgow! Haven’t seen it in years but might give it a go before Christmas!

Been meaning to watch “The Holdovers”.
Have no idea what the overall vibe / genre is, but it seems really interesting.

Click and Collect I always enjoyed. Special mention for Dear Santa, it’s new on Paramount and excellent.

‘Christmas Cruise’ a Hallmark classic. Romance based on a cruise, unfortunately the budget doesn’t extend to having the cast on a ship. Great fun watching the film hacks to pretend they are on a cruise.

A Christmas Story is great. I think it’s more of a classic in America than here, only seen it on Irish tv once or twice but watched it again the other day and it’s a gem.

    7. Klaus on Netflix is excellent. Strikes a good balance between cheap laughs for the kids but also some deeper messaging (and humour too) for the adults

Nativity for the win. There are three of them, obviously first is always the best. Good harmless family film. It has enough innuendo for adults to cackle at. Good slap stick for the kids. And, general feel good formula. It’s not a religious movie in case anyone is worried who hasn’t seen it.

Watched “Tokyo Godfathers” for the first time this year and it will definitely be in the Christmas rotation going forward
