I mean almost a month later and he is still speaking about the upcoming serial production
and “Now we can …” this can mean everything before was either just scrap
or needed maintenance and/or spare parts from Ukraine.
Now they have tested their first mid-range missile that was made completely under
“import substitutions”. If this was not a typical Russian false reporting.
It made it from Kapustin Yar(?) to Dnipro,
So it could be that the the other “Russian made” ICBMs like the Sarmat did not work as expected.
(“We can try to hit Mojave Desert, but it can also arrive in Atacama”)
Only in the case of the Burevestnik they had to admit the failure because of the radioactive isotopes
in the atmosphere around the world.
In case of a missile with normal fuel and weight simulation warheads you have in the end
some organic and nitrogen compounds in the atmosphere.
But this can also happen in normal chemical industry.
Candidates for the serial production would be “Titan Barrikady” in Volgograd and

(Okay it looks picturesque even if it’s only crammed. The Votkinsk factory has its testing range
in the outskirts of Izhevsk. There was some accident last year.)
