I don’t know and never heard of it before, but got curious and googled a bit: Eemeli (the Finnish comedian) is imitating a horn (a musical instrument), which in Finnish is called torvi.
Also, the text on his outfit says Lahden olut which means Beer of Lahti, which is a Finnish town, which was known for Mallasjuoma, a brewing company.
And lastly…wait for it…drum roll! Lahti has a restaurant called Torvi!
