And China is the worlds biggest car market. Oil has peaked.

Chinas EVs are better and less expensive than what the west has to offer. If they are ever sold in America, I will buy one immediately.

I personally will avoid chinese cars. I rather overpay for a good EU normal car before I buy a Chinese one

Goes to show that the bullshit ‘we build what the customer wants’ is just that; bullshit.

China is also a relatively new car market. It wasn’t so long ago that they were still pulling carts. Their legacy car park isn’t as vast and ingrained I assume so they have a relatively blank slate to start with. I don’t think it’s a matter of being better than western EV’s. I have a VW plugin and I love it to bits. Not denying that the chinese have great tech but the story that we’re so much behind is also simply not true imo.

Good for China I guess. Stop blaming a country when it’s competitive, the west should focus on finding solutions to make the cars cheaper. Blaming someone else won’t solve people buying their stuff,if EU wanted Europeans to start buying EU products again, they’d force the companies to make cheaper products that everyone could afford. Not everyone can afford a 100k Mercedes.

Does europe does anything good at all?
Except that it’s geographically nice place

And the scary thing is that their cars are way better than ours at their current state, and even worse they are way cheaper.

Ohhhh wow ! And they did it without blowing their economy away, forbidding the sales of combustion cars or pushing their citizens in Beijing or Shangai to drive a bike.

      These evil Chinese….
