No rates are real anymore everywhere, google isn’t different
Real estate agents and used car dealers are all good persons of high moral standards – at heaven’s gate they can directly bypass the queue. For this reason their ratings on Google are all above average – it’s a blessing from the lord.

I consider a real rating a company with more than 20 reviews not logged all in the same few weeks including some negative reviews. And the negative reviews are a must-read because it might indicate a true trend among a flood of fake positive reviews.
