If I was in Lithuania I’d be looking just how far away I can get from Russia, too, and learning languages as necessary.
Well I suppose Spain has a lot of them.
My view is Spain has become a little like California or Florida, popular with ‘snowbirds’. If you are in the EU and have money it’s a nice location to live in, be that part time or not. If you can work remotely, even more so.
