4 years for killing someone a disgrace
If they want to give short prison sentences, they at least need to start a castration & hard labour programme to balance it out.
The law allows 12 years for that manslaughter charge they were convicted of. The judge chose to give the minimum and to suspend half of it. It’s not the law that’s the problem, it’s the judges
That sentence is a disgrace.
People should fear a conviction for taking someone’s life, not laugh at it.
