Finland being based as always.
For those who do not know, there is a large oil harbour in Kilpilahti and the freight of unleaded gasoline will probably be pumped out there. Fun fact, if the cargo was distributed to all Finns equally, children included, every citizen would get about 100 liters of gasoline. Funny enough that would be just the right amount to drive from Helsinki to Utsjoki (northernmost point of Finland) with a family car consuming 8 liters per 100km.
