Taiwan promette un aiuto di 5 milioni di dollari per la ristrutturazione delle strutture mediche in Ucraina

I know 5 million seems like a lot of money (and it is!) but I wonder how far it goes when purchasing and installing the latest in medical equipment. Must be other monies raised or donated to help out.
