      For billionaires, it seems like immigrant status is largely irrelevant. Their wealth grants them the power to influence and operate as global citizens, enabling them to interfere and sow division wherever they choose.

      An Apartheid Afrikaner who belives he has the right to rule because he’s the richest man in the world supporting neonazis is fully predictable.

      He will keep meddling with zero consequemces because the system wasn’t made to deal with a malicious actor with almost endless wealth. He needs to be dealt with creatively, with an out of system solution. Otherwise he will eventually buy his way everywhere thanks to the half trillion wealth he has amassed and his vast social media power in minds.

      If Elon considers EU as a competitor rather than partner I might be seem logical to support most incompetent and populist political parties. EU has not favored his dealings.
