
Ciao cari finlandesi, adoro assolutamente i Karjalanpiirakka e ho già provato a realizzarli, nella foto è il mio primo tentativo. Sento di non aver capito bene la tecnica per modellarli, quindi mi chiedo se hai qualche consiglio da condividere? Kiito!

They look home made and delicious, I see nothing wrong with them!
I suspect there’s a genetic component to the ability to do this, it really is the hard part. My gf’s late grandmother was the real deal from ceded Karelia and she was a machine at this, and my gf is very good at it as well. I on the other hand suck and can never improve.
Most common thing is overstuffing that makes the wrinkeling hard. Try putting less riseporridge next time but in anycase these look delicious and makes me crave more eventhough I’ve eaten a ton in the past week
