Ho la patente europea ottenuta prima di trasferirmi in Germania, dove non ho mai posseduto un’auto. Adesso mi sono naturalizzato tedesco e voglio guidare una moto che richiede la qualifica B196, mi sembra quindi il momento giusto per ottenere una patente tedesca e poi fare la formazione per ottenere l’estensione B196.
La mia domanda è come. Ho controllato altri post su Reddit e provengono da persone con una licenza extra UE, il che non è il mio caso. Ho controllato https://stadt.muenchen.de/buergerservice/verkehr-mobilitaet/fuehrerschein.html (con sede a Monaco) e si concentra principalmente sui processi per persone con una licenza tedesca o una licenza extra UE, entrambe non sono il mio caso.
Qualcuno ha seguito questo processo di conversione e può dirmi di più? Grazie!

I had a Dutch license which I converted to a German license. I just took the required documents to the kfz-Zulassungsstelle and that was it.
Took about 4 weeks to get my new license.

They say it’s mandatory if you want to drive trucks/busses. But they don’t say that they don’t swap the licenses if there’s no truck license involved.
Like any other country with added regulations to drive A1 bikes with a passenger car license, these are only valid in that specific country.
So keep in mind if you plan to move out of Germany that B196 license is useless for you. Also you can’t drive that motorbike across borders with it.
