Ciao, ieri sera sono andato nel nostro vecchio appartamento per raccogliere un po’ di roba e ho visto il cavo di alimentazione che attraversava la porta del ripostiglio (per Dio, quanto tempo ci vuole) negli appartamenti dei nostri vicini (asociali) (ci sono 8 persone che vivono lì, tutti sono gente che mangia hamburger ). Abbiamo contattato la polizia, il proprietario del nostro vecchio appartamento e la società di locazione. Inizieremo una causa insieme al proprietario e alla società di noleggio. La mia domanda è: dovremmo intentare una causa anche per violazione di domicilio?

This is fucked up on so many levels. It’s obviously a fire risk if they plug everything into that one extension cable. It’s an hazard as you have a cable running all the way on the staircase (I assume no one else lives there or they would have noticed it). I would certainly consider filing for breaking and entering too which I assume is how they engineered that to begin with.
There’s no chance your landlord allowed them to without your knowledge when you were gone, right? (I assume not because that would be bonkers, but just doing due diligence). Best of luck!
