      Tesla’s global annual sales fell for the first time in a decade, with a 2.3% increase in the final quarter not enough to overcome a sluggish start to 2024 despite offers of 0% financing, free charging and low-priced leases.

      I literally will never understand anyone who buys Tesla. This isn’t the most efficient car, nor the most beautiful car, or the cheapest car. On the other hand, Tesla is owned by this jerk Elon Musk. Who on its sanity would like to support this establishment, especially in Europe where we have many amazing car makers who provide for our industries and families? Could someone explain this to me?

      Leaving politics aside, Tesla is losing marketshare to cheap Chinese EVs (like other legacy auto makers).

      I like that way too much and i guess it’s getting worse. Their autonomous driving vehicles are still suddenly “redirect” their path into people, that i ask myself if it is on purpose or deliberate sabotage. A human just looks and behaves way different than anything else on the street. Maybe someone can bring light to the issue?

      Seen a lot in the company car space. Expect they are offering large discounts.

      That and a mix of cheap Chinese EV’s and decent models from well established car makers.

      Leaving politics and Elon aside, are Teslas still the best value for distance? I remember looking at EVs a few years ago, and almost everything that had the same great range as a Tesla cost a lot more. You could get cheaper EVs of course, but with poor range only good for city driving.

      This is not surprising, since more and more options are coming, they don’t have the charger network though
