Yes, how puzzling, why don’t they just roll over and let Iran, Russia, Turkey and us divide them apart? Are they stupid?
No, armenia is not preparing for war. everyone has the right to protect themselves. This is just a scare tactic to keep ilham in power.

Do we Armenians have the right to defend ourselves considering that Aliev literally calls Armenia Weastern Azerbaijan? Don’t worry, no one’s crazy enough to start a war with Azerbaijan because our countries are on different levels budget wise. Our government is taking steps for self-defense improvement and to replace the Russians in our military. If Aliev was kind enough to actually agree on a peace deal instead of demanding the Zangezur corridor, there would be fewer reasons to militarize.
This is just my take on the situation)

If I was an Armenian, I’d do the same after what I heard the speeches of the dictator.
Although it seems quite unnatural to see Nakhchevan separated from the rest of the republic, and I understand the sentiment why, I don’t think the war is the best option
