Ho dato un’occhiata al Wiki e si afferma che i cittadini dell’UE possono rimanere in Germania per tutto il tempo che desiderano, tuttavia questo sito web del governo afferma che i cittadini dell’UE hanno il diritto di rimanere solo per 3 mesi senza visto o permesso di soggiorno . https://www.make-it-in-germania.com/it/lavorare-in-germania/informazioni-cittadini-eu
Se quest’ultima ipotesi è corretta, dove e come posso richiedere il permesso di soggiorno e anche dove e come posso richiedere per poter lavorare. Posso richiedere il numero di previdenza sociale o non ne avrò diritto se non vivo in Germania da 5 anni?

the three months is for travel (as a EU citizen you are free to live in which ever you like and search employment there…)
It just means you have to register your residence if you stay longer than that. Then you will get Tax ID, Social Security Number and so on.
1. You need to anmelden (this a requirement for anyone resident in Germany).
2. You need comprehensive German health insurance. Your EHIC is only valid for visits. You can become a voluntary member of public health insurance within 3 months of arrival.
3. You need sufficient funds to support yourself. You don’t need to demonstrate that you have them, however, you are also not eligible for welfare.
