Ehi gente,
Mentre stavo armeggiando con la mia cappa in cucina, ho scoperto che c’era questa cosa simile a un cuscino messa tra la griglia e il foro della cappa. Sembra che serva per ridurre ulteriormente l’odore, ma non riesco a capire come si chiama, quindi posso sostituirlo (ha un odore sgradevole). Qualche aiuto?

It’s the active carbon filter sheet and the “grease trap”(can’t for the life of me figure out the English word at this moment) of your stove unit. Good news is that your grease trap looks not nearly the worst I saw sometimes as a maintenance man.
Now that you know how it comes out, I recommend giving it a good scrub every once in a while so it doesn’t get clogged with the evaporating grease that solidifies on the colder metal. Can also be a fire hazard at worst, if this is not done.
