Me lo chiedo da un po’ visto che in alcune delle parti più panoramiche della Lapponia le torri di osservazione sembrano essere popolari e comuni. È legale costruire torri di osservazione su proprietà privata? So che ci sono restrizioni edilizie sulle case in termini di superficie in m2, ma che ne dici di una struttura che non è abitata/non chiusa affatto. Quando mi riferisco alla torre di osservazione intendo qualcosa sulla falsariga di ciò che è rappresentato nelle immagini.

Structures like this will definitely require a building permit, if they are allowed in the area in the first place. You’ll need to consult the building ordinance for the area you’re interested in. Google the name of city/municipality and “rakennusjärjestys”.

You need a building permit for any kind of structure that cannot be easily moved or disassembled. And even if you argue that’d be the case here, it only takes one neighbour to report it to land you in red tape hell.
So don’t do this kinda stuff without proper research – asking about it on Reddit doesn’t count.
