I got the same one, I think they’re getting better. Guichet sends stuff to my email. If you want to check sign into your account and look at the messages.
 Guichet wouldn’t send you via sms an “amende” for sth you aren’t aware (more suspicious without a “rappel”)
They would be sent via mail to you.
If unsure, write the real ones an email or call them.
