Possess at home yes, but you cannot carry them in public (unless safely locked away)
with two sharp edges it could be considered a ” beidseitiggeschliffener dolch” which would make it illegal even at home, but as far as i know this isnt enforced with historical weapons unless you get in trouble because something else. if it gets found on you in public youre 100% in trouble.
