Why?
Make higher education 20K Euro per year UNLESS you live and work in the country for 10 years after graduation. 15 for doctors. BOOM. If you want to leave after taking the free ride, you owe all the money. If you do your part, you study for free. Counts for all foreigners who want to move here as well.
Many people are returning.Look at the statistics for the last 4 years.

Bulgaria’s demographic structure has decreased a lot due to external migration. During the communist period, Turks left. When it integrated into the European Union, most of the young people went to Western Europe. I don’t know the solution to the problem, but if they can’t solve the problem, the retirement system will be blocked.
That is a complicated issues that is beyond any single individual. However, if we all do our part of be better citizens, things will improve over time. What I mean by that…we should have more empathy for people around us, we should not try to scam our fellows for our own small beliefs, we should be more considerate on the roads…and more.
It’s a trend, not a fact.
We will breed more gypsies and release them in europe.
Become more of a a tax heaven and buisness friendly place, not just in practice, but on the attractive paper, and have people move to Bulgaria instead of Switzerland? Bulgaria have beaches, and better weather, and harbors. Ow, and purge the corruption. Heck, open brothels and the Germans might move here.
Аз като млад човек, планиращ семейство как да се задържа в БГ, като цените ми за ток, вода, храна и жилище са ми по-скъпи от тези в Германия, където изкарвам 3 пъти повече от средната заплата тук за същата професия в голям град (като Варна и София – където жилищата са по 140к минимум за семейно)
