The Premier of Greenland also cancelled his meeting with the Danish King this Wednesday. He claims, it’s because of calendar issues, and that he’s not meeting Trump Jr.

It speaks volumes to the weakness of Europe that the US is emboldened to drive these farces so far. And not only that, if they really believe there will be no consequences i am 100% sure they will seize it, showing the world with no further way to veil it, what a pathetic pushover Europe has become.
Decisive action is needed and badly so. The rules of old are gone. Trumps terms has not even started and everyone already smells european blood in the waters.
Greenlandic independence is and has been inevitable
The real question is if they will join NATO and enter the American sphere as an independent nation, or join the U.S itself which would grant our Greenlandic friends access to the largest market in the world.

It looks like the premier of Greenland is already expecting to be bought out by Trump. Denmark has to stop acting like cowards, just as all of the EU, and assert that Greenland belongs to Denmark. Otherwise Europe will continue getting steamrolled into the dustbin of history.
I’m sorry but Europe created this monster, time to own up to it. Should have left the fucking continent alone, the world would be so much more better off.
Denmark unfortunately doesn’t have the money or resources to compete with the US. US could offer the Greenlandic citizens 25x what Denmark gives yearly and not even break a sweat.

We don’t own Greenland. It’s the people of Greenland that decide, as by law. So the danish government can do little if they want to be part of USA. Greenland have talked about independence for years already, so this is not new, problem is just that the Danes pay 50% of the Greenlanders national budget, thus cutting ties with Denmark would come at a price, including not having the danish welfare state!
So he said Greenland needs to be independent and remove itself from colonialism, but his father literally wants to incorporate Greenland into the US so they can exploit their resources? This is a whole new level of hypocrisy
