Someone god bored i reckon.
I don’t know, but the bird is a lapwing, which is Ireland’s national bird.
My guess is that it is pretty recent, probably summer 2024.
It isn’t on Bing Imagery, which is a couple of years old around there. There are some signs of it on Sentinel imagery, certainly in October 2024, possibly in June too. I’m not seeing it on Sentinel imagery from January to May 2024, but the imagery isn’t great.
