Dieci anni fa, il 7 gennaio 2015 a Parigi, in Francia, i dipendenti del settimanale satirico francese Charlie Hebdo furono presi di mira in un attentato terroristico da parte di due algerini di origine francese. Armati di fucili e altre armi, i due uccisero 12 persone e ne ferirono altre 11.

Let us never forget this unbelievable tragedy and the lives that were lost.
Freedom of speech is one of the pilars of a secular and democratic society and should be protected at all costs.
And nobody dares to laugh at the prophet any more…
Notice how the mural has a protective covering.
Me reckons it wasn’t just extreme weathering they were concerned about when erecting this memorial.
And it has only gotten worse since. Je suis charlie
