Quindi ho seguito un corso di lingua con una scuola di lingue online ed è stato assolutamente orrendo, i miei compagni di classe erano come A1 e noi siamo in un corso B1, ho detto loro che non avrei più continuato dopo la fine del corso e mi hanno chiesto di mandarli un’e-mail di feedback, così ho fatto. Non hanno preso alla leggera le mie critiche, lmao, mi hanno preso a calci e mi hanno rimborsato i soldi. Ho chiarito che nonostante i problemi e che sono insoddisfatto e non viene consegnato nulla di quello che hanno promesso, volevo continuare fino alla fine del corso ma dopo aver inviato l’e-mail di feedback SU LORO RICHIESTA MI HANNO CALCIATO! Ho pubblicato una recensione dicendo la verità su Trust Pilot e si sono arrabbiati e ora minacciano di farmi causa. Semplicemente non volevo che nessuno passasse quello che ho passato io. Possono anche denunciarmi?

*Sigh* This needs to end in Germany. Normal tactic. Ignore. Inform TrustPilot, provide proof of attendence.
Ah the usual method of any barring any negative review in Germany where they threaten to sue you anytime you leave a bad review. Happens soo often in Google reviews especially.
Just make sure whatever you wrote there is either factually correct (that you can prove) or expressed as an opinion of yours. You will be fine.
Should they take legal action or just send a letter by lawyer you can always change your review to a bad review that says “I made a bad review because I was highly unsatisfied with my experience here but they threatened me with a lawyer to have me remove this review. So I have changed it to this”. It’s almost impossible to get such a review taken down.
