Probably making any actions they have to take regarding Moldova/Transnistria very clearly legal under thier laws.
Interestingly this does not state that the territory in question must be on land.
Marine deployments are also possible.

Well they’re already in ruzzia , Syria and in Africa so might as well pop in to Moldova
I thought are already in Africa fighting Wagner…
But Ukraine already has military deployments on the territory of the Kursk People’s Republic
I jsut recently thought about what ukraine could do witha submarine but then remembered that they need a port outside of the black sea and prolly even then couldnt hunt russias shadow fleet as it is civilian.
Nevertheless i hope some deals can be made, we all profit from less russian influence.
