Good, now this sub should react to Russians and ban them all.

    2. Now make a map of which countries are rules by right and far right wingers and let’s see the diff.

My country (Belgium) is too busy making a government AGAIN…

    4. Considering our government and the supreme leader it’s already something that we didn’t make a statement in their favour, and good luck to any chance of being even remotely against them…

As a Swede I think our government should say something in Denmark’s defense. But we’re basically ruled by our own version of Trump and co so I doubt they would. So much for Nordic identity and brotherhood. Fucking charlatans.

Europe made itself economically dependent on Russia and politically and militarily dependent on the US, and the second actually angers me more, because America is far less cultured, and far more infantile and opportunistic in its foreign policy than it is given credit for. And with the last elections they’ve essentially elected oligarchs who are meddling in our politics and coveting Greenland. This Trump-Musk US is our enemy.

I believe Denmark is not impressed by being incorporated again…

Must have something to do with having the color red in the flag.

Not going to the doctors with a lump on your balls won’t stop you from dying of cancer.

This isn’t snapping at a mean colleague, it’s literally the soon to be president of the most powerful country in the world and a soon to be US official, making comments of annexation and overthrowing nato/allied countries.

These people are hilarious memes…. Until you get a knock on your door telling you to turn up to your local barracks

Inside Europe, we can act as Germans, French, Brits, or Poles but for outsiders, we have to act like one entity. We need to support each others and protect our soveregnity

Well done! I only regret that the italian government has not spoken out on this..

Provocations, invasions, threats… either jokes or bad tactics, it will not ‘maga’.
It shreds and divides and therefor produces the opposite.

On one hand, I’m all for not feeding the trolls. On the other, when trolls are about to grab the levers of power, it’s kind of hard not to tell them they’re going too far before they actually do.

And will do nothing. As always, only talk, no actions.

Anybody got links for the reactions? I’m curious to see.

Reaction was the purpose of the provocation. Problem, reaction, solution.

Europe doesn’t exist, Europe is just a geographic area.

Surprised it’s not all of them.

If you are a citizen of a gray country you can help raise outrage and pressure your leadership to take a stance

We, in Romania, are not able to organize decent presidential elections so we have a ficus plant as a placeholder. We all know plants can’t talk or make decisions so that’s that.

While I think Musk should be looked into, I think Trump’s comments can better be seen as bait. The typical saying is don’t look at what leaders say, look at what leaders do. So we better be looking at what he’s trying to get the attention away from by making these comments

    22. Diacetyl-Morphin on

I just wonder what both Trump and Musk actually think about Switzerland?

Never heard anything from Musk, but Trump was here on the WEF i think, he was of course veeery nice towards us, but… this wasn’t because he’d like us. No. It would be stupid to think this. He was here to seal the deal for the air force that we buy the F-35 jets, that’s why he came and why he shaked hands and listened to our politicians.

But then, i don’t know, when it is some 10-20 billion dollar contract for the USA, you can expect that the president shakes some hands.

Funny thing was recently, where Trump posted that pic about him looking to Canada and there was the Matterhorn from Switzerland instead of the Rocky Mountains, he doesn’t even know this. It’s just like the time he called Brüssel a country…

      Edit:
Just saw some sources, actually, Musks ancestor come from Emmental in Berne, with the name Haldimann, going back to 1544 AD. This family later emigrated to the USA in 1719. Well, here we are… that’s not a good thing, i guess…

But hey, Trump comes from Germany and had the name Trumpf, so…

Jesus Christ European leaders, MILITARIZE NOW!, we’ve seen this all before, we need to be prepared.

    24. Signal-Velocity on

Reacted as in did what? Tweeted about it? Made one comment at some press conference. Just a bunch of useless politicians circle jerking each other. Who cares.

    25. I hope that all European leaders realise that this issue is a European wide one. Nobody should be sitting this one out.

Recently, at the Canary Islands, a military cargo ship of the US has been spotted making strange maneuvers. I don’t trust that vessel AT ALL. Call me paranoid if you want, but if History taught me anything is that US ships that end up having accidents are sublime excuses for a good ol’ annexation.

Also, I wouldn’t surprise if all of a sudden the “Orangegutan” or the Space Karen end up saying some bullshit about the Canary Islands or the african enclaves.

    27. Nick19922007 on

I see a problem in reacting to Musks provocations. He is some random ass dude to which no country leader should react. Trump on the other hand will be President of the US. Country leaders need to deal with him.

Baltics should be there too – not sure why there are no statement from us

    29. Smalandsk_katt on

We need to federalise immediately. I hope the Trump/Musk admin is a complete unmitigated disaster on the scale of other fascist regimes. It’s the only way we can stop this plague from conquering Europe.

    30. SnooLobsters8922 on

A Finnish student said he’s the biggest misinformation spreader in History and Musk responded, so congratulations on Finnish education stepping up to the role of diplomacy here! 👏

    31. PinkSeaBird on

Our current government (Portugal) are a bunch of sold out whores who don’t react because they are hoping for some crumbles of Musk fortune. Furthermore they are too busy conducting “security” actions where they order the police to push unarmed immigrants against the wall for the crime of being brown and poor.

Such pathetic little people. Dignity has no price but this people have no dignity to sell even if it did have a price. Embarassing.

    32. MilkTiny6723 on

It’s no wonders and absolutly logical those countries reacted. Denmark ofcource and then the bigger countries in Europe more or less. Norway just reacted because they have extremly little trade with the US and their main trade goods to pthet counties is things we even can imagine buying from our enemies, so they are not threatend except if Trump do as Chin did in the Souht China sea, steal their off shore petroleum. The rest would be presured severaly.

As a Brit, I think Commonwealth needs to stand behind Canada, and tell him to jog the fuck on.

They can kiss goodbye to Five Eyes, and sharing any intelligence with them.

    34. lobsangr on

I believe trump is trying to create this break with EU to stop the support to nato and try to cash out that money for him or his buddies.
Of course he’s a Putin lover too
