A parte le dogane e gli oneri su ogni articolo che ho ricevuto, uno degli articoli elencati prevedeva questo addebito. Il mio intero pacchetto non vale così tanto. Qual è questa accusa e perché mi hanno addebitato? C’è un modo per uscire da questa situazione?

No idea and not sure anyone can offer any insight with that little snippet, particularly given lacking context of “Zusatzpositionen”. Maybe post the full thing and black out private info.
