      In Minnesota each year, a woman is crowned “Princess Kay of the Milky Way”, and serves as a kind of Rose of Tralee of the state’s dairy industry.

      One of the honours she receives is a butter sculpture of her likeness in the Minnesota State Fair, which she gets to keep.

      I’m not making this up.

      Fortunately, butter is extremely low-sugar, which means it’s good for you.

      Also it’s gluten free.

      Butter is good for you. Your body needs fats.

      Tallow, lard etc are much better than seed based oils. Not just the taste but for your health. Look at people in the old days who used those fats. Lean and healthy people.
