Almost €500k each, even with cost rental the tenets are going to be too high.
Now let’s give loads of subsidised HAP payments from the tax payer to those who can’t afford it, while the gobshites who pay full market rate can’t afford to buy

A cost rental tenant would be paying €1,400 per month for a one-bed in the scheme, whereas a social housing tenant in an identically same one-bed apartment in the scheme who’s on social welfare payment like jobseekers allowance would only pay €100 a month according to SDCC’s Differential Rent policy. That is crazy.

Its a wonderful policy having the Housing Finance Agency pumping money into Affordable Housing Bodies so they can buy entire housing developments and further drive up pricing and competition for first time buyers. Just wonderful /s
