Buon sabato a tutti.
Grazie

As far as I know you don’t need to replicate this type of key. There should be a number on the other side and you can just buy a new one.
I would try removing the piece by myself first. Maybe with a magnet? Maybe there are better ideas and someone here wants to comment. For this type of lock, you don’t even need a professional to then open it without a key. My grandpa did it with a paper clip and a bobby pin once. Also, the key has a number. Just search for „Buntbartschlüssel“ on the internet and get a new one.
Thank you everyone for your help and support.
Update: The key isn’t magnetised so the magnets are not ideal in this case.
I can’t seem to remove the broken piece of the key as it seems to be stuck in a rotated position, or as someone said might have fallen in the recess of the keyhole as I cannot see it through the keyhole.
The key shop I visited said he cannot give a key just by a number of the buntbartschlüssel, as there are several manufacturers and designs for a given number. Though I am trying to maybe find a key from the design and keyhole shape specific from this website here

I had a conversation with my landlord and he has offered to comeover tomorrow to see if there is something that he can do with his toolkit. He had a concern that there might be some damage to the door from the Schlüsseldienst during the removal of the lock.
Hopefully we find the right key from the guide and the landlord might find his way through. If not will need to call the Schlüsseldienst after tomorrow.
These types of locks (Buntbartschloss) are more a “suggestion” and as long as you can access the key hole you should be able to get it open with like.. a coat hanger or any metal hook really.
But obviously you should probably talk with your landlord about replacing it
