Looks *ripe* for another horse box coffee location, I can smell the €6 Americanos from here. Maybe even a Carrolls shop down the line. Dedicated shuttle bus too? Be a nice little money spinner.

That might have just been my mam. She lives nearby and she’s always going out with different food for different animals. Bread and seeds for birds, fish for seagulls, chicken for foxes. Not sure who the tomatoes are for
