Stavo casualmente controllando i prezzi per un appartamento in affitto a Klosters. Vivo in GR, non in una “Zweitwohnung”. Ed era come… che cavolo?! Ho chiesto a un amico. Secondo lui ciò potrebbe essere dovuto al fatto che il WEF (World Economic Forum) si svolgerà presto a Davos.

I know a guy who has a small apartment there (bought back in 2010-2015, don’t remember), with mortgage. One week of WEF paid for the year of mortgage.
Are the politicians attending the WEF renting these places?
