Beh, a quanto pare lo è. Domanda comune e tuttavia non riesco a trovarla nel subreddit. Sì, ci sono molte domande su questi argomenti ma hanno tutte un sottotesto diverso. Questo subreddit ha bisogno di allentarsi un po’. Anche in questo post devo eliminare molte parole perché è bannato. Ad ogni modo, apprezzerei le tue risposte riguardo al mio post originale qui. Why would anyone sponsor visa if they have plenty of people who do not need it, with and without experience.
Guys, there is nothing given in life in general and at the beginning of your career you need to show that you are worth something – how? It’s up to you.
Ik it may be tough, however it is what it is. Ask yourself how would you manage recruitment if you were an employer to have 3 basic things: qualifications, as low turnover as possible, person who will fit in the organisation knowing how it works in Europe.
